Discipleship Request Form

The Discipleship Request Form is a tool that Redemption Church at New Hope uses to connect members interested in a discipleship/mentorship relationship with another member in the church. Pastor Josue and Kaitlyn Deeter (Servant Leader of Women’s Ministry), will connect members who fill out the form with other members willing to walk alongside them. This form is voluntary, and the relationships started are meant to become organic and ongoing. Members connected through this tool are encouraged to do life together as they seek godliness in their personal lives. The leaders may reach out and follow up with the members to ensure positive feedback and provide guidance.

Ideally, choose an age range either older or younger than yours. The purpose is to walk alongside someone in a different stage of life so you can share experiences. We will attempt to match you with your age range request, but it is not guaranteed.
